Artifacts after returning from sleep

My wife uses a B780 plugged in to a PCIE 5.0 slot of a MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI with 32GB DDR5 ram. The power supply is 1250 watt. Her computer has Windows 11 and the OS and graphics drivers are at latest level.
She runs 3 monitors. After the system is brought out of sleep, there are artifacts, white rectangular boxes, appearing and only on the main #1 monitor. They don't appear in screenshots so I recorded the attached video.
She has been rebooting to correct it but what I discovered is that if I change the refresh rate the issue is corrected. The monitor is a Koorui 24E4 using DisplayPort. It's refresh rate was set to 165 Hz. I set it to 60 Hz. The artifacts went away. I set it back to 165 Hz and the artifacts didn't come back at that time. The other two monitors are always set to 60 Hz.
She said she also noticed artifacts if she leaves an explorer window open and the PC sleeps and is awakened.
Are there any suggestions that will help to fix or prevent this?

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.  

• Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration. 
• Which specific DisplayPort version is the cable? (1.4, 2.0?)
• Are you using any DisplayPort adapters or hubs?
• What's the exact model of the other two monitors and their connection types?
• What Windows 11 power plan is active?
• Is G-Sync/FreeSync enabled on the primary monitor?
• Does the issue happen with shorter sleep periods (1-2 minutes)?
• Does manually turning off/on the monitor resolve it without refresh rate changes?
• When did the issue first occur? 
• Have you made any software or hardware changes to the system recently? 
• Have you noticed any signs of overheating in the system? 

This appears to be a display signal integrity issue that occurs specifically when resuming from sleep mode, affecting only the high-refresh-rate primary monitor. The fact that changing refresh rates temporarily resolves the issue suggests timing/signal synchronization problems during the wake-up process.

Thanks for the quick reply.
If I hadn't seen it myself and recorded video, I'd say it doesn't happen, at least not every time. I just woke the PC after hours of sleep and the desktop was displayed fine. I put it to sleep for a minute and woke it, desktop was displayed fine. Don't spend a lot of time on this. I'll provide the info so you can take a quick look. I'll reply back if/when it happens again. I'll power cycle the monitor if it happens again to see if it clears the issue.
I don't use the PC, my wife said it happened said this happened all the time but didn't give a frequency or when it started. Obviously that is not the case.
Not using DP hubs or adapters. Other 2 monitors are using the 2 HDMI ports on the B780.
Monitors connected:
Koorui 24E4 is 1080P. Specs say DP is 1.2.so I assume the cable that came with it is 1.2 also (no markings on cable). Freesync Premium is turned on in the monitor menu.

SAMSUNG SyncMaster 2253BW/2253LW HDMI @ 60Hz.

LG [GSM5ABA] HDMI @ 60Hz.
Windows power plan is Balanced.
No SW or HW changes, other than regular Win 11 and driver updates. Maybe some game installs.
No signs of the system heating up. Fans are quiet, never get loud when under heavy load or gameplay.
