@CooperArt,, If your specs you posted are correct your graphics are not supported by the beta driver. The Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU L 620 is a Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® HD Graphics. This is a 1st generation HD Graphics processor.
The beta driver only supports the 3rd and 4th generation HD graphics. The installer is correct that the system does not meet system requirements.
Thanks

We have released a BETA ONLY driver for Titanfall and Thief. These drivers come with "As Is Support". Please note these are NOT PRODUCTION drivers for any current products. Please feel free to post any results from trying the driver. We would appreciate the feedback on anything related to the performance of the driver both positive and negative. If you have any system instability please uninstall the BETA ONLY driver and reinstall the production driver for your product.

Just as an FYI:
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Twist with a 3rd Gen i7 and Intel HD 4000. When I installed the beta driver, I had a similar experience as others. My built-in display would not be detected (it wasn't listed in Device Manager or the Screen Resolution menu), but I could connect to an external display. I tried to play TitanFall on the external display, but it would force quit every time. With the current stable driver, TitanFall loads just fine, but I get that crazy graphics glitch.
Don't know if that's helpful at all.
EDIT: With the beta driver installed and an external monitor connected, I can play TitanFall! It force quits when I try to play the game from the desktop shortcut, but works fine when I start it through Origin. Doubt that's an Intel issue, but thought it might be helpful to someone else reading the forum.

The driver update does not work and titanfall is still bugged. I've tried plugging my hdmi labtop to the TV to see if the TV display graphics differ, but they are the same. I've set the 3d general settings to quality rather than performance. I have no idea what else to do.

@bigtickethub I have the same specs as you and had the same issue. I had to manually load the beta driver.
1. Login with administrator privileges
2. Open Control Panel
3. Open Device Manager
4. Click on "Display adapters"
5. Double click "Intel HD Graphics"
6. Click on the "Driver" tab
7. Click on "Update Driver" button
8. Click on "Browse my computer for driver software"
9. Click on "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
10. Click on "Have Disk" button
11. Click "Browse"
12. Navigate to the folder that you unzipped the Beta Intel HD Graphics driver to
13.Navigate to the Graphics sub-folder
14. Double click the igdlh64.inf or igdlh.inf file <-- depends on if you have 32 or 64 bit OS
15.Click "OK"
16. Click "Next"
Driver should now be installing.
17. If successful, click "Close"
Reboot.
Doing this, however, gave me the black screen error I mentioned earlier.

I've seen someone who's in a similar situation as you. He got it working by uninstalling his old driver and installing this beta driver instead of just "upgrading" the driver

I attempted to install the graphics driver for my HP Envy 17- j010us notebook ( Windows 8.1 64-bit, Core i5 3230 M, Intel HD 4000 graphics), however the driver has led to my laptop being unable to detect its screen so it's black (even though the laptop itself is working fine). It looks like my only solution is getting an HDMI cable and hooking it up to my TV because restarting the laptop with ctrl+ f8 has proven impossible. I understand that my best bet is to rollback to my previous driver, however I wanted to know if the driver will eventually be compatible and usable because I'd love to play Titanfall, but so far it seems like the driver isn't making that possible unless I play through a different monitor, but I'd prefer to play on my laptop solely.

Mobile / Laptop users, Please post what operating system you are seeing the blank screen on when you install the beta driver. Also, if you haven't already, please post the make and model of your laptop.
Thanks

With the previous drivers I was experiencing the banding bug and absent gun issue.
After manually loading the driver, I encountered a black screen 1) after finishing the setup for the drivers 2) after a hard reboot of the system. I had to restore from a save state from this morning to recover.
Toshiba Satellite C855
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel Core i3-3120M 2.50GHz
6.00 GB Ram
Edit: I tried installing it first without removing the old driver and then second by uninstalling the old drivers. Both times resulted in black screen
