I don't know if this is a problem with my system but the COD:MWR doesn't work on UHD 630. When the game start, it just crashes to desktop and show the error: The application h1_sp64_ship.e was blocked from acessing the graphics hardware.

I'm using the latest windows 10 version. Intel graphics driver version x.x.x.6229. I already tried to enable/disable w10's game mode. Also tried to run as admin and compatibility mode with w7/w8.

My system:

i7 8700

16gb 2400mhz (2x8)

Msi b360m pro-vh

The game is not that heavy. I think it should be fine to run on low/medium

Can someone help me ?

Thanks

Hello GiulioAdriano,

Thank you for your response.

I was researching about the problem you are currently experiencing and what we can try in order to address the problem is to perform a clean graphics driver installation. Please follow the steps below in order to do the installation:

1 - Download the .zip driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27894/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=126790 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27894/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=126790

2 - Disconnect the computer from the internet.

3 - Go to device manager and check under display adapters.

4 - Right-click on the Intel ® Integrated Graphics, select the option uninstall and keep going until you only have Microsoft's basic display adapter.

5 - Unzip the file you downloaded previously.

6 - Right-click on the Microsoft's basic display adapter and select "Update driver".

7 - Select the option "Browse my computer for driver software.

8 - Select the option "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".

9 - Select the option "Have disk".

10 - Select the option "Browse".

11 - Access the designated location or folder where you unzipped the driver downloaded and access a folder called "Graphics".

12 - Select the setup information file (Typically named either "idglh64" or "igdlh").

13 - Click on open and then click OK, finally click Next and the drivers will begin to install.

14 - Reboot your computer when the installation is completed.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Sorry, took some time to re-download the game.

But I did all the process and it is still not working. I think the game is just heavy and this integrated graphics card can't handle it.

I'm also experiencing some crashes with Asphalt 9. I'm in contact with gameloft.

Hello GiulioAdriano,

Thank you for your response.

In this case, it is highly recommended to install the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer, we supply generic versions of graphics drivers for general purposes. Manufacturers can change the features, incorporate customization, or make other changes to the graphics driver software or software packaging. To avoid potential installation incompatibilities, we recommend that you first check with your motherboard manufacturer and use the driver software provided.

You need to first delete the graphics driver from device manager in order to do a clean installation of the driver.

I hope this helps.
