Hello, so I have this "Machenike F117 F6K 15.6" FHD Gaming Laptop" I bought long ago, and now I have just formated and installed Windows 10. And now I need to install it's intel graphics drivers with the Intel automatic detection software (just like I did before every single time) and for some reason, this time it just goes black screen in the middle of the installation. (EDIT: the processor exact model is "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz" )
I've waited more than 1 hour for it to react and do something elese, but it just goes black screen and don't let me other choice than forcing the shut down with the physical button. When I turn the laptop on again, it ust shows that the instalation was incomplete, and allow me to install it again, just to end up the same way: black screen forever. I've attached a screenshot of the exact driver I need to install.
Something curious is that, this time, a very similar problem happened with the Windows 10 installation itself. It went black screen in the middle of the installation, the same way, forcing me to shut down and restart the installation again. Luckly, after a couple of tries, Windows could just "repair the system" and continue the installation and finish it. I had absolutely no other problem with my laptop since then, except for this specific driver that doesn't want to get installed. Any ideas please?

Hello everyone,
In the end, it turned out to be a hardware problem. It looks like the motherboard itself is damaged somehow. Thank you anyway for trying to help me : )

What is the complete model number of the processor?
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[If you find any Intel driver you might need, download and save it now.]

Hi @Zuledres
After reinstalling Windows (before using Intel DSA to installing drivers), you need to download and install manually the Intel Chipset Device Software. The Intel Chipset Software provides the O.S. with the information about the hardware in your laptop. My advice is to download this utility from the OEM Download site. If you can't, this is the latest Chipset Device Software published by Intel however, you need to verify that the Intel Chipset installed in your laptop is on the list chipsets listed on this download page.

Hello, just tried this too, but nothing changed. I start to think that it may be some hardware problem?
