To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- What are the monitors make and model?
- What ports are you using?
- Are you using a display adapter or docking station? If so, what is the make and model?
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tools:
- Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, find the installation steps on How to Install the Intel® Graphics Command Center From the Microsoft Store.
- Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

hi, thanks for advice. I have my own solution.
1. I try to delete all intel graphics
2. Restart
3. Do check windows update
4. The Microsoft detect that need to update the graphic drivers
5. Download, Install, Restart
6. Update new intel graphics, don't check clean Install.
7. Restart..Voailaaaa My 2nd Devices is work properly. THanks!
