it is not possible to install a graphics panel in UHD630

I changed the set from:
ASRock Z390 Extreme4 + Core i7-8700K
on
MSI Z490 A-PRO + Core i7-10700K

Did you simply move the boot disk from ASRock to MSI?

If so, do a clean install.

No, it is required by Microsoft to come from their store. Many manufacturers are ignoring this requirement and implementing their control panels the old way, but not Intel.
