Hello Ppomppu
Thank you for the information.
After looking into the video I am noticing that you are getting to the step 7. Click "Browse my computer for driver software" correctly, after that you have to:
8. Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
9. Click on "Have Disk">
10. Click "Browse".
11. Access the designated location or folder, and access a folder called "Graphics".
12. Select the file called "igdlh64" or "igdlh".
13. Click Open, then click OK, and finally click "Next". Drivers are now being installed.
14. Reboot your computer.
I am also noticing that you are selecting Microsoft basic display adapter am I correct?
I was searching into your system model ASRock* DESKMINI 110 and I am wondering if you have tried to install the VGA driver provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Hello Ppomppu
Thank you for the information.
I was looking more into the information from the OEM for your system and is see that the latest BIOS release is 8.00, if your system is not up to date with the BIOS I would recommend completing the update, for steps about this process I advice contacting the OEM to complete the process once the BIOS is up to date you could try the installation of the driver, also you could explain the behavior then you are facing to the OEM for inside/report of this behavior in case that other customers had faced it.
Hope this help.
Best Regards,
Leonardo C.

Hello Ppomppu
Thank you for the information.
You could try to complete a clean installation of the graphics driver for your system. Following the steps below.
First, you will have download the OEM VGA driver on the following link https://www.asrock.com/nettop/Intel/DeskMini%20110%20Series/index.asp# Download2 https://www.asrock.com/nettop/Intel/DeskMini%20110%20Series/index.asp# Download2 , once the driver is downloaded please make sure that the unit is not connected to the internet during the uninstall/install driver to avoid any automatic update, and follow these steps to uninstall the graphics drivers:
- On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R, then type in devmgmt.msc
- Expand the Display Adapters section.
- Find the Intel® Graphics Driver.
- Right-click the Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.
- Select the checkbox Delete the driver software for this device.
- Reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished.
Once the reboot is completed, complete the installation of the OEM drivers.
Have you tried on the device manager the option on view> show hidden devices to verify that the system finds the Intel® HD Graphics 630? If the system finds the graphics controller complete the manual installation of the Intel® HD graphics provided previously.
Hope this help.
Best Regards,
Leonardo C.

Hello Ppomppu
Thank you for the information.
At this point this error could be an operating system (OS)/Hardware related, therefore if the unit came with a preinstalled OS the best thing to do would be contacting the vendor/OEM, otherwise, if you have the OS license you may try a clean OS installation*.
*if you proceed with the OS installation we recommend to have a back up of your data to avoid losing it.
Note: bear in mind that if the system came preinstalled you should not complete and OS installation because this would void the warranty.
Hope this help.

I have a similar issue with my Deskmini 110-STX (CPU was i3-6100) and HD 630 intel driver since I bought my Deskmini in 2017.
At first, I couldn't realize what really happened on my Deskmini. It just looked like a frozen computer.
I mean, when the HD 630 software is installed on Deskmini, it become a frozen one at random in a few second.
Bios version of mother board was up to dated. I stopped by ASROCK Technical Service Center at YongSan in Seoul in 2017.
The Technician told me that my cpu (i3-6100) may have a problem with internal graphic part. And recommend me to buy new CPU for that.
Any way, they gave me a new Deskmini 110-STX. When I got home I installed HD 630 driver again. Unfortunately Deskmini was frozen in 5 seconds.
Today(Mar. 26th 2019) I got new CPU (i7-7700) and re-installed Windows 10 pro OS on it.
Gently I have installed HD 630 intel graphic driver. Again, Deskmini become a frozen one.
As I told you, I 've got a new hardware from ASROCK!!! ^^
Without HD 630, Deskmini doesn't give audio signal through the earphone jack. I have to use Bluetooth speaker instead.
Can you guess what really happened on my Deskmini110-STX?
Thanks.
