Hello!

A bit stupit question I guess but I'm knew to this so I need a bit help.

I got internal errors few times already after I updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and that happens only after sleep mode. I started to search solution but got stuck. Error screen is same as shown here > https://www.google.ee/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QFjAAahUKEwiG_p-2v_jHAhUllHIKHfHUCXc&url=http://druss.co/2015/08/windows-10-video_scheduler_internal_error-after-wake-up/&usg=AFQjCNGTt6SJFzsX-eFiqfvFPq3V7OcJzA&sig2=OgDCCQ24aFZuUcWz4B3LiA https://www.google.ee/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB4QFjAAahUKEwiG_p-2v_jHAhUllHIKHfHUC

So my question is how to even open BIOS to switch my graphics memory size to 128 mb? Is it good thing to do it and is it the best solution to free myself of the BSOD?

I would be very thankful for any help!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. Just for you to know this happens when your computer encounters something it doesn't know how to process. Regarding the BIOS access, in most of the cases you may use F2 key. However, could you post more information about your system (motherboard, processor, etc), please?

In the other hand, have you made any changes on hardware or driver in your equipment recently?

Have you used the Intel® Driver Update Utility? This will help you identify and find software updates.

Have you run the Driver Verifier Tool on your Windows system? This allows you to verify if some driver updates are missing as well.

Could you add the model number of graphic card?

Best regards,

Hello again,

Sorry for late response. Quite busy person.

About my hardware. No, I haven't done any changes in hardware. I use Asus N-series notebook model n550jk-cn338h. Processor - Intel Core i7 4710HQ. Maybe I can find something accurate specifications.. Hmm.

Here it is - http://www.asus.com/Notebooks/N551JK/specifications/ http://www.asus.com/Notebooks/N551JK/specifications/

I have used only basic software and kept it up to date. Never had problems. But as I said in earlier post problem appeared after updating Windows from 8.1 to 10. Also Usually laptops and pc's have that how to say BIOS access etc but mine skips it I think. Maybe to start windows faster probably.

Also I havent used neither Intel Driver Update Utility or Driver Verifier Tool. As Graphic card here is Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
