Hello, I'm working for the medical device company in Korea.
Our device(for mid-end user) is using Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Driver Version : 10.18.10.4226).
And sometimes, the device causes hangup because of "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED".
On the other hand, the device(for high-end user) using external GPU doesn't have the error like that even in the same workflow.
Therefore, I suspect the Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver.
Why does "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED" error happend and Is there a way to prevent from this issue??

Hi mujeen,
In regards to your error message, I would need more details of your system. Send me the results of Intel® System Support Utility. I would try to get a solution to your problem.

Hi Mike
I got the xml file from SSU, but it seems there are a lot of confidential device information in this file.
Is there a way to send you this xml file in private?

Hi mujeen,
Sure, you just need to position the mouse over my avatar, a pop up will display and select message. It sends a private message to me.

Hi mujeen,
I am wondering if you still have issues with our HD graphics 4000. I have never received your private message.
