I blindly updated my Dell Latitude 5420 this morning based on Dell's suggestions. I have three external monitors that were working fine before the update. I had the most recent firmware prior to the issue. Rolling back the driver had no effect. Resetting the WD19TB Docking Station had no effect. I have plugged, unplugged, powered on and off and everything else that I could find online, nothing is working. Shame on me for updating. Appreciate any and all help!
