Hi @BhavishyaSagar,
Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
- Have you recently updated your Intel Graphics Command Center or any other related drivers? as per checking you are using Intel Graphics Software based on the screenshot you provided.
- Are you using an external monitor, or is this issue occurring on your laptop's built-in display?( if yes please provide the models)
- Have you checked the display settings in Windows (or your operating system) to ensure they are configured correctly for stretch scaling?
- Have you recently changed any hardware components or connections that might affect display settings?
- Is your laptop connected to any docking stations or adapters that might interfere with display scaling?
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel Graphics Software?
- Have you attempted to roll back to a previous version of the graphics driver where stretch scaling was working?
Note Custom scaling is not available for Built-in Screens of Laptops. The remaining scaling options (Centered, Stretched, and Maintain Aspect Ratio) will be revealed when a screen resolution different than the maximum supported resolution or recommended for the selected display is selected.
Scale Options Are No Longer Available After Updating the Intel®...
I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.

Hi @BhavishyaSagar,
This depends on which software you want to use. If you recently remember which software you were using to stretch the scaling, I assume it is Intel Graphics Command Center. However, since the latest driver contains the latest Intel Graphics software, it is recommended to use this as it is being implemented as a substitute for Intel Graphics Command Center, which has limited support.
Since you do not remember the previous driver you had, we need to isolate the issue by testing the previous or older drivers available in the download center and test the features you recently used. I have sent you an email privately to discuss the next best action. Please check your email.
Warm regards,
Randy T.

Hi @BhavishyaSagar,
Since I haven't heard back from you, I will proceed with closing this case. Please note that it will no longer be monitored. However, you are welcome to submit a new ticket if you need further assistance in the future.
Regarding your primary concern about the inability to achieve stretched resolution, I wanted to provide you with some resources that might help:
- The Stretched Resolution Setting Isn't Working in Games: This article provides troubleshooting steps for resolving issues with stretched resolution settings in gaming applications.
- Scale Options Are No Longer Available After Updating the Intel® Graphics Command Center: This resource addresses common issues related to scaling options disappearing after updates.
- Scaling Options in the Intel® Graphics Command Center: This article offers guidance on how to access and adjust scaling options within the Intel® Graphics Command Center.
Additionally, I suggest trying our Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) beta version, which is available for download from the Microsoft Store. This version may offer improvements that resolve the stretching issue you are experiencing. You can download it using the following link: IGCC Beta Download.
