Do I need to Install Intel Graphics Command Centre and Intel Graphics Software?

Hi, 

Iam just wondering if I need to install both apps : Intel Graphics Command Centre and Intel Graphics Software? 

Iam using Intel Arc. HP Spectre X360 16 2024 edition.

I just updated the driver to version 32.0.101.6651, enabled Intel Graphics Software at startup, and seems no error message so far. I will observe for several days and update you again. Thank you so much for your assistance.
