I know how to install drivers but not and Intel team, because last driver setup is not working properly and command center can't loads.

Why do you ask this question? What problem do you have with driver installation?

Yes, it must be run As-Administrator, but this should happen automatically (i.e., will elevate and prompt for Administrative password if account has no privileges).
