Does OptiPlex support 4K in a dual screen setting?

Looking for a mini PC that supports 4K in a dual screen setting. Looking into the Intel® Core™ i3-8100T Processor, I can see it has a DP that supports 4K @60hz and an additional/ optional DP where the second screen can connect too?

Correct; this processor can support three independent DisplayPort 1.2 streams and each is capable of supporting 4K@60Hz. Systems offering a HDMI connector may include a LSPcon IC on the motherboard to convert from DP to HDMI. Check the specs before purchasing a motherboard to ensure that, if an LSPcon IC is used, it is one that is capable of supporting 4K@60Hz.
