Don't have spatial sound settings on my PC

I have an Acer Aspire XC-1780 (i3-13000, uhd 730, Windows 11 version 23H2). I would like to buy Dolby Access App or DTS Sound Unbound App to support DTS or any surround sound for home theater. The problem is I can't install this app because I need to adjust spatial sound settings.

(Configuration failed. From within the "Spatial sound" tab select "Dolby almost for home theater" as the Spatial sound format.)

I don't have spatial sound settings on my PC . 

What do they need to do to show up?

We recommend that you contact Dolby Technical Support and DTS Support directly since they are the ones who created this application, which means that they have customized it and can easily guide you regarding why you are having issues downloading their applications.
