Lenovo X230 Product: 23202TG , Bios: G2ET32WW (1.12 ) , Intel HD graphics 4000 ver 9.18.10.3359.
Applications, like Lenovo solution centre, System updates, HP printers utilities, CHROME, etc. start with empty BLACK window. see the SCREENSHORT ATTACHED.
The colors of movies playback are very pure. Intel Graphics control panel starts "invisible"
Neither updates of Lenovo drivers, Intel HD Graphics driver, Windows 7 help to solve this problem. Please, advise!

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your Lenovo computer but let me do my best to help you.
Based on the report you have provided, your computer is running an older graphics driver version. I recommend you updating the driver to the latest. You can download it at the following link:

If you get a notification message during the installation that indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer.
You may try to force the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

Besides updating the driver, it is important to update the BIOS in your system and the Management Engine driver but these are provided by Lenovo.

Hi Kevin_intel,
Thank you for your support, but it does not work yet.
I updated UEFI BIOS up to G2ET99WW(2.59) from 2013.12.04
I removed first and install the Intel HD Graphics driver. Now it is 10.18.10.3412 from 2014.01.29.
The problems remain. Even, the Intel graphics control panel (right click on screen) starts "invisible" after Intel banner. lenovo and HP utilities look like empty black windows.
Chrome browser starts normal under MS VGA driver ( intel driver removed) and looks like black window after latest Intel Graphics driver installation. See the photo attached.
It is only me who got this problems?

I understand your frustration on this. I recommend you running an antivirus in your system or check the windows services. In the worst case, a clean installation of the Operating System may be needed.

When did this issue start occurring on your system? Was there a specific application or driver that was installed resulting in this issue? Do you see the issue with the Lenovo supplied drivers specific for your system found http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page?selector=expand here? If you could uninstall the Intel HD Graphics driver. version 10.18.10.3412 and install the Lenovo specific graphics driver that would be very useful information.
