I have been having an issue with this for over a month and it is getting frustrating.
Working with Windows 10 HP Probook 4540s. I have updated the driver a zillion times and nothing seems to fix it.

I have downloaded the original driver many times and does not work.
My BIOS version is Hewlett-Packard 68IRR Ver.F64, 7/14/2017, I am not sure how to tell if this is the latest update. But my system is not saying there is an update for it but again not sure how to tell if it needs updated.

This did say the Intel 4000 driver has an error but it also said it did not know what was causing the trouble.
Still not working.
