After like 15 min of game, my FPS drop to 11(was 30), sound go crazy. If i wait the problem dont fix itself, but if i Alt+tab, the FPS back to normal.
I tried to update driver but got no change .
Tried games:
CounterStrike: Global Offensive (Only on some maps) happen after 20 mins or more
League of legends : happen after 30 min or more
Overwatch: Always when i enter in a certain area on some laps. Or after 10 mins or more.
War Thunder: after 5 mins or more, on certain maps.
All games run on low settings.

You can check the temperature of the CPU/igpu with http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php . Usually this problem happen when the igpu heats up because there is a problem with the cooler.. In this case you should try to clean it up.
You can find video bios like in the picture below:

Cooler got cleaned 6 month ago. Temperature is at 90°C when playing, but
the program itself make my PC much slower, i get some fps drom when
playing, but it's a capacity problem ("normal" fps drop), cpu dont go lower.
Video BIOS: 2132.0

That temperature is a bit to high. You can boil eggs on it. I think there is something wrong with the cooler or the fan. Do you hear the fan spinning ?
If the temperature is to high CPU and iGPU enters in thermal throttling and it lowers frequency and performance to protect themselves from burnout. That's why you have fps and performance (including cpu usage) drop on laptop.

Hi Nixo,
Ronin's suggestion is correct; the system is getting really high temperatures. It might be a problem with the thermal solution of the laptop or requires new thermal paste.

While they may seem similar, every user's issues are different. You have different hardware, different driver mix, different driver installation order, etc. In addition, Intel Customer Support wants to track each user's issue to completion separate from any other persons. They can't do that if you are a rider on someone else's issue (especially one from 2016). Please open your own conversation for your issue, using the Post a Question button in the root page for the forum. Include a full description of your issue, the model of your PC/laptop, etc. in your post. You can also include a link back to this conversation if you wish - but please don't say 'I have the same issue' because invariably you don't.
If you want to save time, please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. It will get us more information regarding the architecture of your system and what drivers you have installed. When you start the tool, select Everything, and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, in the description for your issue, use the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your question), upload and attach this text file to the response post.
