При запуске игры MINECRAFT запускается на Интел Графике а видео карта пустует, помогает только отключение самой видеокарты Интел. В самом Инвидео стоит приорете на запуск с видеокарты но в данной игре графика Интел почему то берет приоритет.

We launched the game on a system with hybrid graphics, Intel® HD Graphics 630 + discrete graphics. We did not experience the behavior reported on this thread, which means that the problem you are having is not a driver issue.
Recommended steps:
1. With the Intel® HD Graphics enabled, try enabling/disabling NVIDIA* hardware acceleration and check the performance of the system (if applicable).

2. Where did you download the game from?
3. Were you able to launch the game with both integrated and discrete graphics enabled before?
