Actually, I can answer this one. Only when you are running your memory in Dual-Channel, Fully-Interleaved mode will it appear as Xe graphics. If running in Single-Channel or Non-Interleaved mode, it will only appear as UHD graphics. Dual-Channel, Fully-Interleaved mode requires identical memory installed in both memory channels.

Hope this helps,

So, is this a complaint about the graphics not being XE, or a BSOD which you provided no information about?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[If you find any Intel driver you might need, download and save it now.]

For that, we need more information. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.
