Does the HD5500 support running a single monitor at 1920x1080, 240hz via mini displayport? I'm not using it to play games, just view 240hz content.

Thanks.

You need to double check with Lenovo what is the DP version included in your hardware. With that piece of information you can consider the following DisplayPort bandwidths:

The resolution you are interested to set will require approximately 14.93 Gbps of total Signal Bandwidth. In theory, depending on your DP version you could be able to set the resolution. But, you also need to check with Lenovo is this is a valid resolution for their hardware, I checked your computer specifications and this resolution is not listed.
