Whether the three monitors can all be exposed simultaneously is dependent upon how the monitor ports were implemented in the laptop. It actually has nothing to do with and is not a bug in the Control Panel applet, which simply exposes whatever monitors are enumerated (i.e. no enumeration = no support). What is the exact model (full part number string please) of this laptop?
