Help needed with rendering bugs on Intel HD 4400 with Intel i5 4210U. Blurry textures and darkened colors on Metro apps.

Also disabling Intel driver in device manager and re-enabling it temporarily solves the problem. And no bugs are encountered when the driver is disabled.

Description

Provide a detailed description of the issue AND 'does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?' If you can offer a % rate please do.

At an unknown frequency (happens randomly except for a few times it surely happens) , the Start menu and modern apps glitch out and have fuzzy textures and fonts (as shown http://imgur.com/a/EMGpz here), and also darkness.

Hybrid or switchable graphics system? ie Does it have AMD or NV graphics too?

Optimus with nVidia Geforce 820M

Make and model of any Displays that are used to see the issue (see note2 below).

Intel is currently working on issues related with Graphics in Windows 10 , let's hope that with the upcoming releases this could be fixed. In the meantime you can refer to next post see post # 93.
