Honkai star rail Freeze the computer with B580 on higher settings

Hi, So far Honkai star rail is the only game on my computer that causes a hard freeze and i have to manually reboot the computer.

So far any graphics setting higher than "low" causes the computer to Freeze.

It can happen within 5 min or 2 hours, but most frequently when any battle occurs.

1. Does the issue happen the first time that you play the game? If not, have you made any changes before the issue occurred?
2. What troubleshooting steps have you already tried? This will help me to avoid providing the same troubleshooting steps to you.
3. Have you already performed a clean installation of drivers using DDU? If not, please try it, then install our latest driver: 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262.
4. What is the brand and model of your power supply? This is to check if your PSU meets the Arc graphics requirements. 
5. Please provide a video of the game showing how and when the issue occurred. This will be used for game replication in our lab. 
6. Kindly generate an SSU report to help me further analyze your system specifications and configurations. Please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send me the generated SSU.txt file.

Hi

1. Yes it happened the first time i played the game, i got a new computer.

2. I've re-installed the game, manually upgraded the motherboard to the latest patch, installed the latest drivers for the GPU, checked CPU and GPU temperature.

3. I have not yet performed a clean install using DDU, i will have to try that. So i tried to perform a clean install with DDU, found a guide online and it broke everything, for some reason i could not start the PC in safemode and i was stuck in the login screen without being able to move on, there was no guide to solve my problem since every guide i found was after the login screen to windowns. so i did a re-install of everything.

4. PSU is a Seasonic Vertex GX 850W

5. I am not able to record a video since it will not be saved during the crash, i do have screenshoots of when the crash occurs, the Issue is mostly random, either in the overworld, in a fight or even just afk in the open world.
6.  I've added the SSU file and screenshots of how it looks when the crash/freeze occurs.

Could you please confirm if the following troubleshooting steps have been attempted?

• Check for game updates: Ensure that the game is updated to the latest version.

• Monitor GPU temperature: Overheating can cause the computer to freeze. Please ensure proper cooling to mitigate this issue.

• Check for background processes: Verify that there are no resource-intensive background processes running while playing the game.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please create a new thread as this thread will no longer be monitored.
