My Acer Laptop monitor is connected to Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 by default. I would like to know how to change the monitor's default GPU to my dedicated GeForce GPU.

rafael_braga, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In reference to your question, in the links below you will find suggestions on "How To Set the Default GPU for Applications and Games" and "How to assign an application, program or game to Radeon* graphics?" Even though in details in there are related to set an application or a game to a specific GPU and to Radeon, it might be useful for your monitor and Nvidia:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000090168/graphics.html
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000029159/boards-and-kits.html
Here you have another link from Microsoft that might be helpful too, "Is it possible to change my main monitor to the nvidia graphics card so I can stream better?":
Still, the settings to apply the configuration that you described, most of the times, are in the BIOS. So, in that case, we advise to get in contact directly with Acer Support since they are the ones that provide all the technical support about the BIOS of their laptop:

You can also get in contact directly with Microsoft Support for further assistance on this topic:

Or with Nvidia support as well to confirm the settings on their video card:
