How do I send a 60i or 59i refresh rate in my gfx card? The option is not there when I try to create a custom resolution in my intel control panel. And I've seen it on multiple computers.

What graphics?

What processor model number?

What operating system Windows 10? What version? 1903?

What is the model number of your motherboard/device?

If you are building a configuration for a particular monitor and this monitor is currently plugged in, then it should pick up (the need for) this capability from the EDID information. What is the monitor that you are plugging in?
