Thank you for joining this Intel Community.
We would like to get more information about your setup. If using adapters/dongles, this issue may occur. Also, if your system is outdated, you may be unable to connect multiple displays to your system.
Keep in mind that it can also be a hardware limitation. In order to confirm this information, please let us know about your system configuration.
A.. System model
B. How are you connecting the displays to the system?
C. Are you using Adapters/Dongles?
D. Run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread.
1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.

2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.
