I tried updating my graphics card on the website. Everything was going fine until i got the step where i had to press next to install the update. For some reason my screen went black, came back on again and then went black again. I waited for over 1 and a
half and nothing happened. i had to restart my laptop to get it off the black screen. Could someone please help me with trying to update my graphics card without my screen going black and not coming back on.
You didn't get any information about your system. Usually it is advised to download Graphics Driver for laptop from the manufacturer site, as the manufacturer, sometime customizes the Graphics Drivers.
If you want more help, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post (use "paperclip", below the left bottom corner).
