Hi MIKE246,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

It seems that you're observing performance issues while playing Warzone and I appreciate the help @AlHill.

I would just like to get more information on the issue that you are having. Please see below.

1. Is the issue isolated to Warzone?

2. Does the issue happen right after launching the game or mid game?

3. What game settings are you using?

Additionally, please generate SSU report if possible for me to check your system components and configuration.

I look forward for your response.

Best regards,

Hello MIKE246,

Thank you for sharing all this information.

For further troubleshooting, please try to follow the steps below.

1. Set the scaling type to Fixed width under Global settings in Post-processing.

2. Set Adaptive tessellation to 90% under 3D control.

3. Activate Intel Xess to Ultra Quality in-game settings.

4. Ensure that DDU was used

5. Update your BIOS

6. Update Windows

7. Reinstall the game

If you still observe the same issue after following the steps above, please gather Capframe  data and ensure that you play the game for at least 5 minutes.

I hope to hear from you soon.
