Intel Arc B570 DaVinci Resolve crash

Is there already a solution to the problem of constant crash while working with da Vinci? I have other machines with Nvidia and AMD, but the problem is always with Intel Arc. Or if you can tell me the exact version of a driver

  • What version of DaVinci Resolve are you currently using? Is it Studio or Free?
  • Does the crash happen during specific tasks (e.g., playback, rendering, Fusion effects, planner tracker or media import)?
  • Are there any error messages, logs, or crash dumps generated when the application fails
  • When you said, "constant crash while working with da Vinci" 
  • What are the typical media formats and resolutions you're working with when the crash occurs? (e.g., 4K H.265, ProRes, etc.)
  • Is hardware acceleration enabled in Resolve's preferences? If so, is it set to Intel specifically?
  • Are third-party plugins or codecs in use within your DaVinci Resolve projects?

 

I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.
