Intel Arch Driver problem with extras

Extras get stuck while loading. I waited for 1 hour, but nothing happened again. What should I do?

1.What was the previous driver that was working for you?

2.Did you have issues with the previous driver?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
