Intel Graphics 630 can't refresh @120hz on windows 10

hi all,

I have two all in one computer and both have i5-7500 with intel graphics 630. On one  I run linux (zorin Os) I am able to set the display to refresh@120hz with resolution @1920x1080 and connect another monitor (Asus) and set it to 120hz via HDMI, same resolution.  The second one, I run windows 10 and I am not able to change the refresh rate to 120hz. It is fixed @60hz. I installed the latest intel driver but problem persists. From advanced settings I only get an option for 60hz at any resolution. I am out of ideas, and I can't find solutions anywhere or similar situation. That's about it, thanks.

Have you tried creating a custom resolution in the Intel Graphics Command Center?

Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

I am not seeing anything obvious in the report. You didn't say whether the two AIOs are the same model. It is possible that the display in this second AIO simply doesn't support a refresh rate higher than 60Hz. As I suggested, try creating a custom resolution entry and see if it will let you pick a refresh rate higher than 60Hz then.
