Intel Graphics Missing After Clean Windows Installation

I'm using MSI WT72 2OM with MSI-1781 Motherboard. I faced the prob where my Intel was not present in Device Manager. I have to View Hidden Files in order to see it. And won't able to enable it in anyways. And it works the same way vice versa since MSI have switch button that allows us to choose between Integrated or Discrete graphic card. How can I enable both of them at the same time? Cause before I clean install my Windows. They both were enabled at the same time. But after a clean installation of Windows, I can't manage to enable both of them at the same time. I've tried installing Intel Chipset & Intel Drivers afterwards. But unfortunately nothing changes.

Btw, I can't find anything called "multi monitor" or even ''multi graphic" in my BIOS where I can Disabled them in order to use both Graphic Card. I only have this on my Advanced Tab in BIOS:-

PCI Latency Timer [32 PCI Bus Clocks]

SATA Mode Selection [AHCI]

i-charger works at S3/S4/S5 state [Disabled]

ERP lot 3 support [Disabled]

Intel(R) SpeedStep(TM) [Enabled]

CPU C states [Enabled]

Wake Up On Lan S5 Support [Disabled]

Win/Fn Key Swap [Disabled]

Intel Virtualization Technology [Enabled]

-> UEFI BIOS Update

-> USB Configuration

Can you help me with this?

FNoor1, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

To try to fix the problem of the Intel® graphics drivers not showing in device manager, we recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform.

In the following link you will find the Intel® graphics drivers for the MSI WT72 2OM, please select the operating system and install the latest driver version for your platform:

https://www.msi.com/Workstation/support/WT72-2OM#down-driver

According to the user guide, Quick Launch buttons will only be functional in the Operating System with the SCM application installed. Find the SCM application in the all-in-one disk that comes with the package for easy and convenient operation. It is strongly recommended to install the SCM application, please verify page 2-4:

http://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/1781WS_English.zip

In reference to MSI-1781, I looked in MSI's web site and I get different results for this specific model, please choose the correct one and install the latest Intel® graphics driver version for that system:

https://www.msi.com/search/MS-1781/product

Doing a clean installation of Windows* should not result in the Intel® graphics drivers getting disable, however, if there is a way or an option to enable them both, the integrated and the discrete graphics at the same time, will be in the BIOS.

So, if you cannot find that option or setting in the BIOS, what we recommend is to get in contact directly with MSI for them to further assist you with the BIOS configuration to be able to use both graphics controllers at the same time:
