I updated my Intel HD 3000 graphics through Windows Update Center a while ago.
Since then, every time I start my Windows 7 computer, I get the message (at down/right corner) "Installing drivers...." and when it finishes after 1 minute or so i get "Intel Hd 3000 installed".
I can´t neither use video editing softwares as (Windows Live Movie Maker) or use de HDMI out (to connect the video out to the TV for example)
I´ve tried reinstalling the latest drivers but no doesn´t work.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jon

Thanks for joining the community.
I understand you are experiencing graphics issues after loading Microsoft Updates.
Please try updating directly off Intel site. It will provide generic video drivers for your graphics controller.
Filter by operating system and try to install the driver when it finishes downloading, to verify that your system will accept it:

Thanks for coming back to the community.
I am sorry to hear you still have same issue. For some reason after running Windows updates, the registry of the operating system changed. At this point, please try removing any Intel Graphics Driver from control panel and re install the driver back through manual procedure.
Please check the link below for manual instructions:
http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm
Select your operating system version and download the zip version of the video driver:

That isn't working right. Sorry about the trouble. Your computer might have a registry problem. This happens when the operating system finds some corrupted files. Please try to fix the registry by loading System Restore, see instructions below:

Okay I will try that, but before I do, May it work unistalling Intel Graphics in control panel and Installing the old version that ASUS offers in drivers section in the website of my laptop model? The ones in the VGA part. They´re old versions but could it work?

Yes, uninstalling any Intel graphics drivers in control panel may help changing Windows registry. You can try obtaining video drivers from your computer manufacturer.
