Hello MSher3, Thank you for joining this Intel Community. First, we would like to gather the following information: 1. System model. 2. Are you running Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers or generic drivers? 3. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. Wanner G. Hello MSher3, Thank you for your response. It seems that there is no Windows* 10 driver available at your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) website. For Intel® HD Graphics 4000, you can try installing the generic driver available at our Download Center: Intel® HD Graphics 4000 Version: 15.33.47.5059 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28164/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=81499 **Note: We supply generic versions of graphics drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers can change the features, incorporate customizations, or make other changes to the graphics driver software or software packaging. To avoid potential installation incompatibilities, we recommend that you first check with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software provided. If this is the driver you have been trying to install, then we recommend contacting your system manufacturer for further support for Windows* 10 drivers. Additionally, you may install the operating system that came with your computer and use the OEM drivers. Wanner G. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
