Hello everyone,
I tried to update my Intel HD Graphic driver to the 15.28.15.64.3062 version that came out 03/21/2013 and I'm pretty sure I don't have that version.
I downloaded the zip and the exe version but in both case it showed me the same error message:
"this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"
I checked and I do have all the requirements that are written in the "Installation_Readme" file. I'm only not sure about the third condition which is:
"There should be sufficient hard disk space in the directory on the system in order to install this software" because I don't know where to find
that information but i think I have space because I have about 20 GB free on my C/ disk.
These are my computer information:
Computer : Toshiba Satellite L655 PSK1EE
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M370 @2.40GHz
System type : 64-bit Operating System
Windows Edition : Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
If it's not enough just tell me what to add and how to find the information about it.
Thanks For Your Help!

I have the same problem. Downloaded the Win64_15338 driver and it shows a message '"This Operating System Is Not Supported", tried all the older ones as well, no luck.
Tried to update them manually, but system responds that drivers (generic ones) doesn't need updating.
I have 64-bit Win 7 installed and I downloaded 64-bit drivers, so that't out of the question. CPU is haswell i3-4130. What else the problem could be?

Similar problem: updated my Intel HD graphics driver to version 9.17.10.3062, and my pc no longer sees my Sony Bravia. Shows only "default monitor", and I cannot properly adjust screen resolution. My system is a Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3 board with the Core i3-2100t processor and 8GB ram, running Win7 ultimate, 64-bit, SP1. Device manager shows:.... Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)..... Everything worked fine until the update.
I found an "Intel INF installation" version 9.3.0.1021 at the Gigabyte site, but do not know enough to know if this is needed, or even how to check. Any and all assistance greatly appreciated!

dxdiag was new to me. Looks like the driver didn't install, though it shows the properly updated version under driver for display in the device manager. Any suggestions on how to proceed are appreciated...

Hello MontanaAndy,
It is important to mention that the drivers we have from our side are generic drivers. This is because we provide the hardware to the system manufacturer and they will design special drivers for their units.
You can try our generic driver by downloading it at the following link:
If during the installation of the Intel generic drivers you get this message: "driver not validated on this computer", go here for further instructions:

Kevin maybe you can help me. I recently upgraded my Dell inpiron N1150 laptop from windows 7*64-bit* to windows 8.1*64-bit*. I've been having a issues with my graphics card, Intel HD family 3000. I start up my laptop and after the windows boot screen finishes i go to a black *lit* screen and nothing else happens. I went into safe mode and reverted my gpu to windows basic. i restarted my laptop and it worked for a while but the problem still comes back. I've talked with the microsoft community and they suggest i uninstall my gpu and reinstall it by switching the compatibility to windows 7 but everytime i install the driver i get. "Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements". So if you could please show me the right driver i would be happy.
