When I change saturation in the settings, they revert back after I open anything or do anything at all really.
They don't even revert back to default settings. Just a random number from 10-20 (usually).
This is urgent. My screen is basically black and white and I can't change the saturation. Any help is highly appreciated.
Graphics drivers are NEWEST, HD Graphics 630/Intel i5 7300HQ.
EDIT:
Only hue and saturation have this issue. Things such as brightness and contrast are fine.

Yes, it is fine.
However, for your laptop, you should use only the drivers from Acer, as they may have modified or customized the drivers specifically for their hardware.

Yes, I've tried using it. Same problem. But it seems to be an older version of normal drivers you can find on the Intel website anyways

If Acer is not updating their drivers, then you should complain to them. If they do not listen, I would not be purchasing Acer in the future.
You have supplied the SSU information. An Intel support engineer will be able to assist you.

after LITERALLY 4 hours of searching, acer's stupid ass """"""""""""""COLOR INTELLIGENCE""""""""""""""" was the issue.
For others having this problem, open acer quick access and toggle it off.
thanks for helping though.
