Intel Integrated HD 4400 enabling problem

When i enable the graphic driver (dell latitude e4770) dotted screen appears and sometimes it go black but when i disable the graphic drivers screen come back to normal 

please tell me what should i do now i tried everything like i reinstall the drivers, update, i even reinstall the window but it is not going to do anything with this problem
