I really liked your absolutely comprehensive, understandable answer, which you can imagine.
Happy weekend and weather and beautiful views of the sea or ocean. At the hardware level, if you already have several streams of video processing for stereo, you only need one more frame-buffer and рacking in Left/Right stereo-frame or alternate output to screen from Left or Right frame-buffer to flipping. That is, the presence of one additional register for storing the address of the additional frame-buffer and another control for on/off stereo mode. This was implemented almost instantly at the hardware level in the 90s and was one of the final reaches of the past Millennial.
Microsoft Corp. supported the full-screen DX7 stereo, for example, in Permedia 2 and in the DDK there was a complete illustrative example of its driver.
Using DirectX 11 is consistent with earlier Intel Corp. guidelines referenced in the first part of this
question and extremely simplifies and standardizes all operations to transfer information from user programs to the graphics driver
in the case of stereo mode. This HDMI 1.4 stereo mode does not imply the ultimate concrete reality in the display devices and presents
is a standardized way of transmitting information. It persists in Windows 11.
Such applications look like regular Windows windowed applications, as OpenGL stereo applications and stereo only the client area of the
window and the cursor is normal. In stereo, you can increase parallax for greater expression.
On today's large screens, stereo is certainly much more impressive.
Frequencies of 60-120 Hz allow the use of glasses with an ideal mechanical closure of the light in comparison with liquid crystal glasses. The practical feature of stereo in most cases is that the luminous flux is divided into two parts and you need to increase
screen brightness when working with glasses is almost twice, so that it was as usual.
3840x2160 @ 30Hz mode is implemented as part of HDMI 1.4 and on previous Intel Corp. graphics systems up to 11 Gen and allows you to connect modern 4K displays. Moreover, the frequency can change very smoothly for example: 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 Hz.
Also to be particularly noted and congratulated on the direct implementation of HDMI 2.0b 18Gbs. And the demand for HDMI 2.1 for the new 8K TV's the modern generation with the already generally accepted interface is in 11 Gen also structurally satisfied.
Successful new path Intel Corp. with updated for the new decade of Intel Graphics, in which silicon is not expected to fail.

Thank you for taking the time and attention to my question, answering questions about vastly complex systems and the existence of a very useful "community.intel.com". The audio-visual direction formed very quickly at the beginning of the PC era and the brilliantly achieved frontier was comprehensive provision and acceptance of HD format by all. This was the most noticed by Intel Corp. and it was also at the forefront of life in creating modern means of forming stereo imagery on a modern electronic basis for a wide range of people. Very different living beings in water on earth and air constantly use stereoscopic vision and the inhabitants of the air thanks to him make unmistakable three-dimensional movements never encountering anyone. And now people use more modern electronic stereoscopic systems in various roles.

Everyone and you should be very happy that every processor manufactured by Intel Corp. since the advent of HD Graphics has the ability to connect to a 3D TV to get a 3D image such as blue-ray 3D and integrated video adapters of this type on the planet the absolute majority. Millions of people use these processors and do not realize that by connecting a 3D TV it is possible to get a 3D image.

Here's how it's described in the computer-exactly documentation.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/core/core-technical-resources.html

and further

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/2nd-gen-core-desktop-vol-1-datasheet.pdf

1.2.5 Processor Graphics
• The Processor Graphics contains a refresh of the sixth generation graphics core
enabling substantial gains in performance and lower power consumption.
• Next Generation Intel Clear Video Technology HD support is a collection of video

— Superior image quality with sharper, more colorful images
Playback of Blu-ray disc S3D content using HDMI (V.1.4 with 3D)

• DX10.1, DX10, DX9 support

...

Support for stereo from Microsoft Corp. in Windows appeared later in DirectX 11 stereo and OpenGL quadbuffered windowed stereo, which are very similar to each other and to the usual convenient Windows window applications.

In further implementations of HD Graphics in Core, the description of stereo in the documentation looked something like this:

eDP* 1.4

DisplayPort* 1.4

DisplayPort* 1.2

HDMI* 1.4b

Notes

1. HDMI* 2.0/2.0a support is possible using LS-Pcon converter chip connected to the DP port. The LS-Pcon supports 2 modes:
a. Level shifter fpr HDMI 1.4 resolution.
b. DP-HDMI* 2.0 protocol converter for HDMI* 2.0 resolutions.

The HDMI interface supports HDMI with 3D, 4Kx2K @24 Hz, Deep Color, and x.v.Color.

It is important to note how it is seen here that there was a transition from HD to 4K and suitable 3D TVs were produced.

Intel Corp. started with support for Blue-ray 3d, then 4K and Intel Corp. they are supported in DirectX 11 where there are no restrictions on screen resolution.

Information about the stereo capabilities of the displays and TV is located in their EDID and DisplayID transmitted to the video adapter via the interface.

The consumer electronics market is very volatile and there has been no transition from HD Blue-ray 3D to Ultra HD BlueRay 3D and to replace screens. VR and VR Glasses with smartphones came. 3D TV is no longer produced, but easily obtained display frequencies over 120Hz
(as in the new MS Surface 2021) make flipping 3D systems promising.

After asking the question I asked and taking a deeper look at the documentation, I began to better understand how to choose the appropriate processors.
Regarding Core 11 Generation in the documentation seems to have a passing mention of stereo capabilities in the maximum resolution of "HDMI 1.4"

https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/631121

| HDMI 2.0b | 4K x 2K 48-60 Hz 24bpp (RGB) ...

...

If the documentation is exactly true and it means support for 11 Generation S3D and DirectX 11 Stereo as before

mentioning "HDMI 1.4" is fine with that and the question I asked earlier is answered. Is that true?

As far as I understand, a video processor allows multiple streams of video processing and then formation of HDMI 1.4a stereo-frame. It's low charge and even with significant universal architectural and software support from its part MS DirectX 11 and OpenGL compared to hard charge in highly specialized displays and TV stereo display devices.

However, at the same time, new details appeared.

https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/612/NUC8CCH_TechProdSpec-1664418.pdf

...

"HDMI 2.0a is enabled by LSPCON (DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0a protocol converter); Stereo 3D (S3D) technology is not supported."

Those interested in S3D and DirectX 11 stereo are wary.

Scarcity delays acquisition and leaves time to think.

Intel NUC 11 mixes "HDMI 2.0a", "HDMI 2.0b" although only "HDMI 2.0b" is listed in the Tiger Lake documentation

...

It is completely incomprehensible which "HDMI 2.0a" or "HDMI 2.0b" corresponds to S3D and DirectX 11 stereo and what then of them in this case to choose for 3D TV - LG Cinema 3D. Maybe you know and answer this question?

Xe Graphics and UHD Graphics for Core 11 Generation - are there any differences in the S3D part, DirectX 11 stereo?

The problem with LP-Pcon for S3D exists and Intel Corp. warns about this, but you can get HDMI2.1 from DP 1.4a

However, this is a good thing as it allows you to achieve HDMI2.1, which is already available in numerous 8K TVs.

"HDMI2.1 Can be supported using LSPCON (DP 1.4 to HDMI2.1 protocol comverter)"

Now Display's 4k, 8k, TV's 4k, 8K, ATSC 3.0 (NEXTGEN), 8K TV Super Hi-Vision, DSC,

and transmitting information over the one interface line at a rate of 10 billion color bits per second.

There is no progress without problems, and Intel Corp. solving them is at a very high level.

Hello Alx24, I just received an update on this matter.

After reviewing the case, it is important to mention that with 11th gen and newer platforms support for S3D playback is limited to Frame-Packing in an Operating System Aware mode i.e. implemented through the Operating System’s own API and max1920x1080 resolution.

The platform must support HDMI 1.4 or HDMI 2.0 natively (no LSPCON) – DP is NOT supported.

Stereo images contain additional information about the 3rd dimension, which is easily and completely natural in a familiar way. It is interesting that the flickering of the propeller blades of single-engine aircraft before the eyes of pilots was not considered harmful.

The historical decline and departure of CRT displays and the emergence of new LCD in the late 2000s led to unexpected difficulties in 3D, but then everything recovered again with even better technical characteristics, high accuracy of matrices, beauty and variety.

When installing professional graphics cards on your computer or connecting a 3D TV to HD Graphics and then of Intel Corp.

( part of the technology Intel® Clear Video HD )

in "Advanced display settings" appears сheckbox "3d display mode" On/Off

and typical "1920 x 1080 (Recommended, 3D)" in resolution.

The fact is that EDID or DisplayID of 3D display devices contain this information.

Every 3D TV or 3D projector has a "3D" button on the remote control that distinguishes
they from other devices and you must not forget to use them in a timely manner. To somehow
test Intel graphics that always except for the use of LPPcon has
stereoscopic capabilities paired with a 3D TV or 3D projector,
use a very simple test in attachment "DX11TestApp3D.zip" where for two eyes the application window is simple
painted red and green - the result is generally impossible to appear if you do not forget to press the 3D button on the remote control.
The project is in text form and compiled by Microsoft Visual Studio 2019, and not as an executable module, which excludes viruses.
In general, in order to eliminate the dangers of viruses, you need to take a new disk or remove all the partitions from the old one, create
partitions format it, to establish a proprietary OS, compiler and compile the text project and the resulting modules can be considered
safe.

Computers that became numerous, pervasive and powerful provided in addition to
to the previously mastered democratic mass production also modern production of many series of products today.
In 2000 - 2010 there were very few differences in the size of the display devices and now there are many of them and
users were able to customize the interface and programs and get information about the size of the screen
on which the program works with a graphical interface using HighDPI, MSMonitorClass.

Scaling in Settings -> System -> Display

"Display", "Scale and layout"

"Change the size of text, apps and other items"

125&, 150% in Windows 10 and up to 350% in Windows 11.

Scaling is preferable for the highest quality than changing the resolution and the monitor may even ask for a native resolution.
Elements on a 2k monitor require almost nothing at 24" and that's equivalent to 4k at 48".
Thus, for harmonization is a change in scale with native resolution which, unlike the resolution, does not change at all
image quality.
