You cannot buy these cards as a consumer. They are only available in workstations from corresponding providers for corporate customers.
Is there a specific reason why you need an Intel Arc Pro graphics card?
The "normal" Intel Arc cards are intended for consumers and support games and multimedia. The Pro cards offer the advantage of certified hardware and drivers for use with special software in companies.

I just like to sometimes use Workstation GPUs for everything, including mostly for gaming. You can use workstation cards for gaming, its never been an issue. I'm using a Radeon Pro VII and i have no problems with anything. So i wanted to invest some time using a workstation Intel card that's all, because i buy workstation GPUS.
But i plan to buy a consumer Intel arc card soon, was just wondering why Intel doesn't sell their workstation gpus to the open market.
