Intel UHD 605 keeps crashing in fresh installed Windows 11

Hi, i have bought a new Intel NUC nuc7pjyhn and have installed Windows 11 Pro freshly. I have Installed Graphic Drivers from Intel Download Site for this Intel NUC on 14 February Drivers: GFX-Win10_Win11-31.0.101.2111 On my Windows 11 this drivers keeps crashing with Blue Screen randomly with an Error (igdkmd64.sys) After this Error i have something like a "ratteling distortion" on Monitor. After a reboot this "ratteling distortion" is gone but Blue Screen appears randomly

Did your NUC come with memory, or did you install your own?
