I bought a laptop with a processor i7 8550U without an operating system. As I have previously bought operating system, Windows 7 Professional, and installed it. But for this operating system there is no driver for the built-in video card. How am I supposed to be?

For work I need Windows 7. I found drivers for all hardware except the graphics card.
Buying a new Intel processor I must buy a new operating system? Strange policy ...

Your complaint is with Microsoft. This issue/position has been known to the public now for more than two years.
You should have done the research before purchasing. There are plenty of 6th gen processors out there that you can use.
There is no support for windows 7 on 7th gen and later processors.
You can always use Windows 10 Pro, turn on Hyper-V, and run Windows 7 as a VM.

I see files ".dll", etc. for Win7 in the driver package, but in the file ".inf" there are no entries to install them.
