Intel graphic panel not working

My Acer tc885 is not working with intel graphics control panel

I installed it, but never showed up in the context menu

Also it does not show up in control panel (but i can see other intel apps like Rapid storage.

If i hit alt+ctrl+f12 nothing happens

Also it is not showing up in all programs

I followed this tutorial on how to fix it https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032309/graphics-drivers.html

But nothing happens

What should i do?

Look in your start menu, under "Intel" and see if you have the Intel graphic command center.

Yes, once you have transitioned to drivers built to be conformant to the DCH driver model, context menu-based Control Panel applets are no longer allowed. The intel Graphics Command Center is the full-blown app version of the Control Panel applet that you used previously and (supposedly) offers the same set of capabilities as the old applet.
