Intel graphics 630 openGl problem

Hello, I have a system with i7 7700 and with Intel Graphics HD 630 only. All my drivers are up-to-date. But i have error when start using programm uosteam and same uo assist: OpenGl Es error "can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL driver"

Help me please. I have i3-7300 4000 Mgz. Drivers 15.46 can be installed only in win 10 and 8. I want instal them in win 7 x64 sp1. Create version for this system. And when i tryed install version 4678, i get message - the system does not meet the minimum requirements for installation!

Help me please !!!
