Intel graphics card update ended into a black screen and green dots(scramble pixel)

I have a problem that whenever I update or enable my intel graphics card it ended black screen and only mouse and I try the Ctrl+Alt+Del to run a new task but it didn't show so I shut down my laptop. when I open it again it shows irritating display like green dots that keeps flashing and other pixel scrambled in my screen so I open my laptop in safe mode and disabled my intel graphics card but the problem is I can't use projectors and it shows that I need to reinstall or use other graphics card. what should I do? Help please
