Ive been trying to update this driver for ages but when i try this error comes up

Screenshot 2025-04-04 182137.pngeven though it says all my drivers are up to date, this driver is the only one that cant be installed, can anyone help?

Thank you for posting in our Community. I see Intel DSA shows your drivers are up to date, but you're still getting error 1073807364 on a specific one. This usually indicates a system-level communication issue. Has Intel DSA ever worked correctly on your device, or has this issue been there from the start? To investigate further, I’ll need details like your graphics model, driver version, and any logged errors. I’ve already sent you an email to collect an Intel SSU reportPlease send that back so I can dig deeper. Also, if you’re using an OEM system, have you tried manually installing the driver from Intel’s site or your OEM’s support page? Furthermore, if you've performed any additional troubleshooting, please share the details so we can avoid repeating steps.
