My graphics performance is always at 0%. Why is that so?

Sometimes I check graphics performance and no matter what I do, it's always at 0%.. Can you help me fix it?

Seriously? We can't help you with anything if all you provide is this much information. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows and save the report to a file. Then, using the paperclip icon below the edit window, upload and attach this file to a response post.
