You do not have two nvidie cards. You have one nvidia graphics card, and one intel processor graphics.

What is the model number of your device/motherboard?

What is your processor model number?

What version of windows 10 are you using? 1903? 1909?

Are you a laptop? If so, and especially because you have dual graphics, you must use the drivers from your laptop manufacturer, and not the intel generic drivers. You also must get your laptop manufacturer to support you with their laptop.

Hello VJosé,

If you need further assistance, please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.

  • Intel® SSU Download link
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
