Hello, everyone.
I'm trying to connect a Samsung SyncMaster P2370 monitor to an Acer Aspire A515-51 laptop to use as a second screen, but my laptop can't detect the monitor. The monitor remains with a black screen alternating between "Digital" and "Analog". I've tried uninstalling the graphics card driver and reinstalling it, but it didn't work. It works normally on other laptops; I've tested it on another Acer and an HP. Resolution isn't an issue; my PC goes up to 1366 x 768, and the monitor supports Full HD. For connection, I'm using a DVI-D to HDMI cable, the same one tested on the other laptops. I'm suspecting it is a driver issue. How can I solve this problem?
Monitor: Samsung P2370
PC: Acer Aspire A515-51
On-Board Graphics Card: Intel® HD Graphics 620
Motherboard: KBL - Charmander_KL - Version V1.09
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Home Single Language (64-bit) - 23H2 (10.0.22631)
