Payday 2 not launching on Intel arc a770 16gb gpu

Hi is there someone experiencing this issue ? I have intel core i7 none k cpu along with arc a770 gpu. Payday 2 is not launching no matter what I try, i tryed every fix that's available on YouTube but nothing worked. Don't know what causing this issue please can anyone have any fix for this issue i really really love that game.

Thank you for raising this concern via Intel Community. And I do apologize if you experienced that issue with Payday 2, but for me to better understand your issue you are facing right now, kindly answer some of my questions and provide some screenshots that I need to replicate this concern.

1. Is this happening before?
2. Does this issue happen only in Payday 2?
3. If you can, whenever you enter the game, can you provide me a screenshot?
4. Have you tried to run it as an administrator?

And to further assist you, I kindly request that you download and execute the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) in order to provide me with a complete system specification, which will enable me to assist you in reviewing your system information.

• Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

1. Scan: Check the box Everything.

2. Click Scan.

3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.

4. Click Save.

Actually i can't send you any screenshot because the game is not opening at all.

I have tired to run it as an administrator still it won't open.

This issue only happens in payday 2 others games working fine.

Actually when I first brought Arc a770 this issue happened but i thought it will be fixed after driver updates but the issues is still there.

I uploaded my Complete system specification kindly check it.

Upon checking on the website, which is FitGirl Repacks, it appears to be an unofficial source. I cannot be certain if the game will function properly by downloading from this site. Have you tried to reinstall the game? According to my research, Payday 2 is available for download via Steam and Epic.

And to let you know that I can't access the website due to restrictions.

I still don't have any legitimate copy of the game. But in my heart i know there is issue if you can test the game i know you will find that issue. I hope and pray that you will solve this issue not for me for the Intel family. Actually in my country a legitimate copy cost too much money as a middle class family member i couldn't buy one so sorry for this. I have one more question which component and windows did you used during test can you tell me? Dude, download the game from a legitimate source and it works fine. The game is 10 years old and the minimum requirements are only a dual core processor.
